Carole was my therapist, and she is awesome! She checks in several times during the session to gauge the pressure and my comfort level. I always enjoy being greeted by name by the staff when I arrive, and they never fail to ask me if I want anything to drink. The waiting room is very relaxed and yet clean and neat. I look forward to my next session with Carole at Hand and Stone!

Everyone is always very welcoming in the reception area, and my massage therapist was very knowledgeable and worked to loosen up my tight muscles.

My only concern was that my esthetician took me in a bit early this last appointment and I finished at 5:10. I know the appointment time is 50 minutes but I didn't know if that was the service time or if that included the initial time to change clothes and get dressed at the end

The turnover of massage therapists is a huge downside at this location, every time I find a great therapist they leave. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the knowledge and talent of a new massage therapist, Amy. She is an amazing masseuse, super knowledgeable about the muscle groups and even offered tips on exercises I could do to loosen my muscles.
