The staff knew me by name when I arrived. Also, the owners knew me and greeted me. My massage therapist was excellent. Morgan has been my most knowledgeable massage therapist I've had at this location and I highly recommend her. She spends extra time getting to know exactly how to work on my difficult areas.

I love the current receptionist she is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. My esthetician also very friendly and knowledgeable. Every single time I visit this Hand and Stone it’s a pleasant experience and I visit once a month.

I enjoy the relaxation of a facial and that Leila makes recommendations for treatment. I'm not happy that H&S raised your membership fees twice in 2 years. Your point of sale process is confusing. The receipts do not make sense to me.
