Front staff was very helpful and friendly. The massage therapist was both professional and friendly. The entire experience was A+.

Anna is the best, I keep my membership because of her. I do find it a bit sad and disappointing that there’s never a facial girl that stays. I’d love to have another facial but every time I find someone good they leave. I hate taking chances with a new facial girl because sometimes it’s been a bit disappointing.

My facial with Cassidy was very relaxing and beneficial. Cassidy is very knowledgeable of skin requirements and is also very knowledgeable of products she recommended there at H&S. Also, Noelle, provided a wonderfully relaxing massage which I have leg and back pains, she was terrific with appropriate pressure. Awesome spa day!!
