On time, clean facility & friendly staff.

The therapist seemed to know how to work on my arm and shoulder injury. Deep tissue was just the right pressure. He was friendly when we were first meeting and quiet as he performed the massage.

My esthetician was absolutely awesome. She was very knowledgeable, easy to speak to, and addressed all of my concerns. She did not pressure me into wanting to buy anything. If I had to say one thing I did not enjoy, it was that the receptionist that was training someone else was very pushy about buying the membership. I explained that my schedule sometimes doesn't allow for me to come but maybe once a year. Her solutions were I could gift them to family and friends. I'm sorry that is just not something for me and it felt very attacking.

Location is always nice and quiet. Experience is consistent. Therapist takes time to ask questions prior to the massage about me personally.
