Just what I needed. I had been watching YouTube videos on facials and finally had to go for it. It was very relaxing just as I'd hoped. I purchased the lifestyle membership and I am looking for trying all services. Anxiety is a major issue for me and I think regular visits will do wonders for my mental health.

Everyone was nice and helpful. My appointment was started on time.The therapist made sure I was relaxed and focused on my problem areas. When I left I was well relaxed and refocused.

I was having some lower back pain radiating down my leg and it was gone at the end of my massage. My therapist used the right amount of pressure, it was perfect. The bio freeze was nice and tingly on my back.
