I always have a great experience at Hand and Stone. I never have to wait past my appointment time. When I check in and out, everyone is always friendly and accommodating.

Very poor customer service from the receptionists. They do not answer the phones. I had to call at least 2 times to schedule and re-schedule my appointment because my calls were not returned within 24 hours. Why is no one checking voice mail messages and promptly returning calls? When my calls were finally returned, there was no apology for the delay. I was so annoyed with the lack of professionalism that I was ready to cancel membership. Your business had no problem continuing to draft my monthly membership fee when it was closed due to COVID. I expect much better customer service in return. The only reason I did not cancel my membership is because the massage therapists do a great job! This location needs much stronger leadership and management.

My massage therapist was awesome! She was very attentive to my needs and worked out my soreness and explained why I may be hurting. She was punctual and gave me all of my time, My last visit before this visit the therapist was 20 minutes late and I did not get any extra time. It was disappointing but I tried again and was very pleased with my visit. I travel 2.5 hours to come to this facility and then I visit family. Very pleased and will return and ask for the same therapist. Thank you, Linda Smid

The service was what I needed. The booking process alwaysssss feels a bit sketchy when you ask about payment questions. It’s like they try to trip you up and confuse you into more out of pocket costs. This time I used another credit toward microdermabrasion and other upgrade and I had to say I DO NOT WANT TO PAY ANYTHING EXCEPT USE MY CREDIT to be as clear as I could be since once I had $60 unexpectedly to pay.

Symara is an excellent aesthetician. She addresses all of my skin's needs/ problems. She is very professional. She always helps to decide what treatment my skin needs when I come in. I brag about her to everyone I know. She is a keeper!
