I was highly satisfied with my experience because everything went smoothly. The receptionist was very sweet and nice. The massage therapist was attentive to my problem areas. She also listened to what and said about the kind of pressure and touch I prefer. She also checked with me during the massage to make sure I was comfortable with the amount of pressure. I was totally relaxed at the end of the session. I have already rebooked!
