I think Erin is the best message therapist I have ever had. If she was not there I would probably not continue to come.

Shannon is the best! Love how great my Skin loooks and feels after facials with her.

Josh have me an excellent massage...hit all my pressure spots and gave me tips on how to stretch before and after exercise.

The only issue I had was the amount of time it took to book. Currently online booking is down and you have to call. It took me 15 tries over two days to get hold of someone.

Everyone is very friendly and courteous. Every area including restrooms are clean and pleasantly decorated. Massage therapist is friendly and discusses your needs and takes care of it. Therapist continues to communicate with you during the massage to insure things are going the way you want.

I understand the reason for only booking via phone initially after reopening (provide instructions for the new normal), but would greatly appreciate allowing online booking again. Also would like to see my credits for additional services available online from maintaining my membership during the shelter at home period. Recommend temperature checks of clients and requiring clients to wash hands once entering the room. I am more concerned for the therapists than for myself.
