Hand and Stone

This past visit went good, but my last two were not good. I always get a reminder call and the last time I did not get a call or text and they called me and said I was late. Then the time before they had me booked for multiple massages and 2 other things. When I just had booked one facial and one massage. I think the front end needs more training. My massage therapist is the best around and if the ONLY reason I stay there. My facial was good but nothing special.

Very professional staff....made me feel very comfortable and made me feel like I was the only customer there. Made me feel relaxed from the initial "hello"!

I always enjoy jamie. I feel she is highly trained and knowledgeable. She is down to earth and spoke how I can improve Aging skin.

I called late and there was only a 9 pm appointment available. My appointment was confirmed and I was placed on a pending list in the event someone cancelled. I made the time work because the massage was truly needed.

Relaxing atmosphere. Very skilled staff. The only suggestion is that aromatherapy should be used with a massage. It should not be extra. Otherwise, It smelled like burnt rocks.

Receptionists were friendly and helpful. Therapist was considerate and did a good job during the massage. I felt so much better.

Massage therapist (Erin) was knowledgeable about the muscle groups that were problem areas for me. I had a great experience! I LOVED the warm bed and the hot towel! Great calming music as well. Thank you!
