Adam was very attentive to my problem areas. I felt overall comfortable and the ambiance was there as I waited for my treatment. This location seem busy, it would be nice post treatment to be offered water or resting space before returning back to the world.

Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. Mine was for a specific need. Lymphatic drainage after having cancer and I thought she did an excellent job.

The reception space and staff were very inviting and relaxing. Massage therapist was friendly and skilled. The hot stones were fantastic!

This time my experience was good. 2 weeks before, I came in for credit cards issues. Set up appts. for last week on Tues. & Thurs. When I came in for my appt. neither had been booked.

Yanelle, the esthetician at the Winston Salem, NC location has done an excellent job of informing me on what products would benefit my skin. She has always been prompt, professional and provided superb skin care services.

I have been satisfied with all the services I have received since joining Hand & Stone. The staff has always been very welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere is great and I have recommend them to a number of people.

My esthetician was wonderful and I really appreciated the experience.

Bianca asked me questions in the beginning and asked me about any allergies I might have. She discussed areas I would like to focus on and what I wanted to accomplish such as relaxation or de-stress, etc.
