The massage therapist was friendly. she took her time on each area. The ambiance was nice and calm. I felt comfortable on the table. She shared some tips to help me relax.

Kaylee was an excellent massage therapist who addressed my needs in a superior fashion. Caring, professional, well capable. Love the atmosphere and ambience, music, light etc. at Hand & Stone. On the downside: Couldn't choose type of massage during online booking. Defaulted to Swedish. Online booking site doesn't seem to show areas of expertise for a given therapist. Confirmation email and text worked well. Slightly disappointed that nobody called back regarding my question which I left on voicemail.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved my massage therapist! She really helped me with the issues I was having. One of the best massages I have ever had!

Tia has been my theropod choice the last several visits. She listens to what I what I tell what to concentrate on and she does it. She also doesn’t follow the exact same routine every time. And she doesn’t press extremely hard with the back side of her arm up and down by back like other therapists do.

I have been requesting a supportive breast pillow in order to help me relax and get completely comfortable during my massages. They are an inexpensive investment and are accessible on Amazon ($35-45). Massage envy has these and they are wonderful! Please make this happen so i do not have to cancel my membership and move to your competitor.

The whole process of making an appointment and having someone available at the last minute is very important to me. I have a job where it is hard to schedule an appointment in advance. I have also had all great experiences every time I’ve been. I also got my wife a gift certificate for a massage and she said it was one of the best she’s had.

I was highly satisfied by how the esthetician took out the time to figure out what I need and her knowledge of techniques and product. All the staff was very welcoming and kind. I enjoyed my experience.

I would reccomend this for anyone because it was very relaxing. The whole experience was relaxing. The employees were great very kind and willing to answer any questions and very respectful. I am very impressed. Thank you so much.

For my very first massage, I felt very comfortable with the entire process. My massage therapist was professional and competent, as well as kind and thoughtful. I look forward to my next session.
