Cassidy is the most professional and consistant facial experience I have enjoyed since becoming a member several years ago. the receptionist are always very attentive and acknowledge me upon my arrival. Very pleasant experience for facial and massage.

Massage therapist listened to my needs and asked questions to clarify. She also focused on my areas of concern as requested. The pressure used was exactly as I requested also.

Therapist did a good job in being professional and asking for feedback. Unfortunately I still have severe pain in upper back left shoulder around my neck. Rest of me feels great.
