this is a very, very small complaint. I have had many massages over the years and when finished the therapist was waiting nearby to thank me and ask how I was feeling as well as escort me to the reception desk. When I finished at hand and stone no one was outside the door to give me directions or to say thank you. I exited alone feeling as if it was a job done by the therapist and she was in a hurry to be rid of me. I got lost leaving and had another therapist show me the way out. No therapist was with me at the reception desk and I simply left. It was a somewhat disconcerting feeling as if I was being rushed out.

My visit was easy and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and comfortable. I left happy.

With an 80 minute massage, my massage didn't feel rushed and every area was given the appropriate amount of attention. Therapist's technique was awesome and he "checked in" appropriately on pressure used, etc.
