The massage therapist was excellent. The environment is always soothing. The only thing that could've been better was the advertised cost vs the actual cost. I tried to book a "Last Minute Deal" for $49.99 online. The website wouldn't allow me to enter my phone number (so I couldn't book online). I called and booked with the receptionist and mentioned the issue I was having. When I paid for the service, I was charged a higher rate. I wasn't sure if the rate was only for 1st time customers. I didn't say anything at the time because the waiting room was full and I needed the massage to help with my migraine.

Dominick is always helpful and professional. He remembers my troublesome areas from one meeting to the next. As always intake staff are helpful and quick to assist.

The spa is very clean. The staff is helpful. Tia is an excellent masseuse.

My massage therapist was knowledgeable. She was on- time. She applied the right amount of pressure.
