Relaxing, Face felt good, face looked better

From the minute I walked in to walking out of my apt to the receptionist, and my esthetician, Brianna was great! She answered any questions I had, and preformed the facial great!! She explained everything that she was doing next and used all of my apt time wisely! The face and upper neck & chest massage she did was perfect! My skin was glowing when I left! I can’t wait to go back next month and book with Brianna again!

This therapist will make me more likely to return to H&S. I was actually prepared to cancel my membership, however he was very attentive, he was focused and listened to my concerns. This session felt to be the most personalized I have had at H&S.
