Hand and Stone

Noely was fabulous! From the minute I walked in the door I felt welcome and she was so friendly. I'm not big on talking a lot throughout and she picked up on that which was great, and when I asked her to change the pressure as a massage she quickly did. I have no complaints! One thing I love most about Hand and Stone is that I never feel rushed to get off the table either. After a relaxing session I don't want to feel like I'm being pushed out the door and they have always done well not to make me feel that way! I will definitely be continuing my membership.

I always have an excellent experience during my appointments. The front desk is friendly and very helpful. My therapist, Erin, does a wonderful job of making sure my needs are met during my appointment and that I am satisfied after the massage.

Punctuality is an issue with me. The appointment started on time and ended on time so that I actually could schedule things around it. Also, I had to change my appointment at the last minute because of an unforeseen incident at my high school and it was easy to rebook.

I really like the comfort of the room . My therapist, Erin is wonderful. She is friendly and helpful.
