My therapist was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and worked on my problem areas.

Reception was professional and friendly. Service provider was knowledgeable and took time to answer all the questions I had. She also gave me suggestions and advice on the procedure selections.

Location of business is easy for me to use. I have been a member for many years and feel a connection to this business.

My massage therapist was very nice and friendly. He was also very knowledgeable. This might sound odd, but I wish he would’ve used a little bit of slower strokes while massaging me. He was moving his hands around very quickly, and I feel it would have been more relaxing, that he moved them more slowly.

My massage therapist, Joseph, is exceptional. I have a great deal of trouble with pain in my shoulders and neck and he is able to give me relief. Joseph is knowledgeable and communicates well.

My massage therapist was very knowledgeable and made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a client. She also offered quiet if I had desired not to speak. I will return and definitely request her again.

Receptionist very attentive, acknowledged me immediately. Restroom was clean and fresh scents (uni-sex bathrooms are hard to keep this way) Facial was highly enjoyed with warm table, low spa music.. very relaxing and technician explained the process of the various products and process.

It used to take so long to place a call and then the receptionist would call me back. This time they picked up on the first time and were able to schedule my appointment in an efficient and timely way. The massage therapist, Cory was great! I will come back. I just have a lot of credits.

Jessica is the best. She took care of my targeted areas and made sure I was comfortable. She even stretched me out some in areas I didn’t know I wanted at the time. I have a great experience every time I go but the last time was by far the best. I’ve already booked her for my next appointment.

The employees were courteous. The massage therapist took the time to ask what I was interested in and certain areas that might’ve been bothering me. The employees tried to help me with a problem I’ve been having with the Hand and Stone app.
