The service here is always reproducible. The staff is friendly and the online checking process is easy. They are rarely behind schedule and the facility has the right ambiance to help me relax and enjoys my massage.

I liked the way the environment and the message halp to relax my body and anxiety.

I like my massage therapist and I think he does a great job. I am frustrated by changes in terms and costs, such as originally being told I could transfer packages from my husband to myself at no cost and then being told it would be $15. I’ve also been a member for several years and never paid a $15 upgrade for a deep tissue massage which is all I’ve ever gotten, and now I’m being told I’ll have to pay that. An additional $30 dilutes the value of being a member.
