I love the new dermalinfusion service. The service is a great value for the benefits it provides. Shannon is amazing!

I’m very much a fan and a member. The staff is always extremely knowledgeable at this location and the services are consistently great! **Not sure if theres space later in the survey so I’ll mention here... moving here from Dallas area, the spas there had a “back area” where it was dimly lit, sometimes a nice water feature and always offered a complimentary glass of wine. I could go in early and spend a bit of time at my leisure just relaxing and preparing for my service. Theres not a single spa in all of winston salem that ive found that offers this type of atmosphere. Hand and Stone could really have an edge should they invest in this type of setting not to mention this would provide an exceptional spa experience to their clients! (Even without the wine or just letting clients bring their own. Its just about the relaxation time before or after that would be so much better than sitting in a lobby in the front. All that said, I’m very satisfied with my Hand and Stone.

I am satisfied with two of my massage therapists and hoping it will continue for me

I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and my appointment started with little wait time. My massage was wonderful and at 35 weeks pregnant I was made to feel very comfortable. My facial with Maya was wonderful as well. She is so knowledgable and I trust her to help me make the right decisions for my skin during every season.

The spa is always in tip top shape and everyone there is wonderful. Ernie B. gives the BEST massage ever and I send all my friends to him!

I don’t live near this location anymore, but remembered having a good experience last time. The appointment process was surprisingly easy, with both availability and ease.

From the moment I walked in I became relaxed by friendly faces and warm smiles and Spencer did a amazing job rubbing out my muscles knots and I became so relaxed I felt like I was on a cloud when I walked out the door. Keep up the great work
