Hand and Stone

I found my massage experience to be very helpful in my problem areas. I felt the cost was affordable for the massage and add-ons. I also felt the entire staff were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.

The classic facial I received left my skin feeling very soft and hydrated. Felt so relaxed after it was finished! The day after, my skin still feels wonderful! Looking forward to a return visit as I am really due for a massage. I think all in all the services received are a value. Wonder why I didn't join earlier!

I have tried other massage therapists at H&S but prefer Ernie. Hot stones really add to the massage experience. It would help if the store would keep more products in stock. It is great we get 10 percent off but frustrating because products have not been in stock. Usually, the receptionist does not know when additional products will be arriving.

I was able to relax. I had trouble areas worked on and therapist was very friendly.

I have enjoyed my membership with Hand and Stone. I think the only thing that I would change is the packaging sharing feature. My husband often comes with me and he is treated as a package transfer maybe some kink a family membership. I like to be able to gift packages because this membership is how I can afford the luxury of a message and share with my friends.

Clean welcoming atmosphere. Massage therapist was absolutely amazing. Exactly what I needed was done, gave more pressure when I asked, focused on certain areas, etc

I felt very welcomed as soon as I came in, they offered refreshments as I waited. I enjoyed Spencer, he was very generous and listened closely to my needs. I felt relaxed and enjoyed my massage.
