Ernie was great, as always. The staff was friendly and efficient. The facility was top notch.

My esthetician was very knowledgeable and informed me about the steps on my facial, while offering product suggestions for my skincare needs. I was very comfortable and very satisfied with the treatments I received. I had 2 upgrade suggested and said yes to both. I'm glad I was referred to Shannon and will return.
