Anna's massage was wonderful. One of the best I have had there. Hang on to her. Traci was great and she left. Sarah was great also, and she left.

I had a great experience and massage at Hand and Stone. Erin is my usual therapist and always does a great job. I always leave with my muscles relaxed. Highly recommended.

The staff was friendly and skilled. I have had two massages at this location and found that the rooms were not the same. The first experience had a better room with a much more comfortable (heated) table and the sheets seemed of a better quality. The therapists for both massages were very good, however.

I absolutely love my esnetician and have seen her multiple times. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. The only issue I have is the reception area. They portray they hate their job, come across rude, and do not make you feel welcome. I overlook this issue because of the service I receive and how much I love the facials and results.

The person massaging me was very friendly and professional. I enjoyed his massage very much. I think one of the best ones I have had in a long time. I definitely will request him again.

I felt relaxed the minute I walked into the spa. Maya was great! I bought the Clarifying Mud Mask and used it the other day, my skin feels and looks great!

I was very satisfied with my massage. She was able to focus on my problem/tense muscles and I appreciated the focus. The facial I had was nothing special. I will not be returning for facials. The aesthetician merely put the products on my face and wiped them off. There was no attention to application or attempt at working the products into the skin. I could have saved my money and done the same procedure at home.

When I come in to Hand and Stone, I am always greated by my first name. I never feel like a stranger and they provide me with what I need during that time. All the services I have received there has been great!
