I have never had an unpleasant experience at Hand and Stone. I have recommended H&S to many of my friends and also given treatments as gifts. Everyone seemed to enjoy their treatments.

From start to finish, I was given quality service. With the exception of the wait time (appt. was at 6, I was pulled back at 6:10), my experience was near perfect.

Cindy is fabulous! I have received therapeutic massages from her at my chiropracter's office. I feel comfortable with her and able to tell her what hurts and how she can help me. She applied the perfect amount of pressure to relieve my "knotted up" muscles. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. The only problem I had was with the receptionist as I paid and left. I did not want to join the monthly program but she kept telling me why I should sign up for this. I guess they make a commission on this. But I used a gift card for the services I received and did not want to sign up for anything else. It was like a "time share." I just didn't want it. Too much pressure to join this program. That's not what I came for. I came to relax.

The massage was extremely effective. My therapist was friendly and helpful. He intuitively know where my trouble spots were and effectively adapted his technique to meet my needs. I was very satisfied with the service I received.

I was very pleased with the facial I received from Rebecca! She was very professional and friendly. Quite knowledgeable regarding problem areas. I definitely do not like the pressure of buying additional visits or joining Hand & Stone. It takes away from the point of relaxation.
