The therapist was great!

The appointment started on time. The therapist was helpful in working on the tight muscles that we talked about. He was knowledgeable about how to help me and explained his technique after the appointment.

Jake is always a very professional massage therapist. He listens very carefully to my needs. He is very pleasant to speak to and is quiet when I am. He is excellent.

Spencer is an excellent massage therapist who is very knowledgeable of the human anatomy. I am a runner and he knows proper massage techniques as well as stretches to help me feel better. He spent a lot of time on the problem areas that needed attention.

Very relaxing, super friendly staff

The two ladies working at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I have previously been a member of another spa and part of the reason I terminated my membership was because the front desk staff made me feel like I was bothering them, they could not answer questions and weren’t the friendliest. These two ladies were fabulous! My facial was fantastic! My esthetician did an amazing job. She took her time and answered all my questions. She recommended several products to me and explained why she thought they would benefit me. I purchased two of the products and plan on purchasing several others as I need them. She also recommended a few other services to go along with my facial. I agreed to do them and am really glad I did. I will be continuing at least one of those services monthly. She explained why I should have a membership. I purchased one that day. I highly recommend Sydney!!! I look forward to returning to see her monthly.

Cindy is my LMT and she always does an amazing job. I was having some neck and back spasms and Cindy was able to help me be pain free.
