I always use one of two massage therapists who have been with hand and Stone for quite a long time. They are knowledgeable about my needs as I have scoliosis and pain associated with that condition. I will continue my membership as long as Jessica and Marissa are part of the staff.

Therapist was well-informed and worked on my problem areas. Receptionist were nice. Lobby is clean with refreshing drink choices.

Highly Satisfied every time I go into my Hand and Stone spa. However the number of emails recommending the app and my inability to log into the app are very annoying. I have called, left messages, emailed, left a review on the app and am still not able to get the verification email to log into my account even though I get all the advertisement emails from Hand and Stone.
