From the receptionist in booking my appointment, I felt welcome and appreciated. She explained what emails I would be receiving in regards to my appointment. When I showed up for my massage, I was greeted promptly. TJ provided his credentials and asked specifically what I was experiencing. I was thoroughly pleased with the deep tissue massage I received.
