The reception team was very welcoming, although the music in the lobby was a little loud. My massage therapist was polite, explained the process at Hand & Stone clearly and was highly skilled. I wish the music in the room varied but was told it’s played overhead throughout the entire facility. Afterwards, I did join the membership and look forward to returning.
