I told my massage therapist the same - probably the best massage I’ve had ever, and the ease of the whole process from booking to checking out added to the experience of relaxation.

I love Josh, my massage therapist! He is amazing and I’m so grateful I found him.

I booked a dual massage with facial and massage a few weeks before my April 2 appointment. I got a call saying my massage therapist, Cori was not available and I said ok, please change as it was my birthday. I saw Cori a couple of weeks before and he said he was available. So changed back to Cori. My birthday was not acknowledged on April 2. Cori was great as always, and I had 15 minutes before my facial and he brought me a robe and said you can wait in this room and my facialist would come and get me. I didn’t realize the clock in the room was 15 minutes behind. When it seemed I was waiting longer I looked at the clock on my phone and it was 10:30. I went to reception in my robe to inquire what was going on. They didn’t think I had checked in? Because it wasn’t booked as a dual? It was a complete miscommunication amongst staff, from booking to check in. I still enjoyed my services and will definitely be back, but staff miscommunication. The facialist told me Cori communicated I was in the room, but there was confusion because I wasn’t booked as a dual.🤔

Checked in on the app and was greeted by the staff when I came in. Brandon took me back on time and was great. I needed a couple of areas addressed and he did an awesome job taking care of my issues.

I love Gil my therapist. He makes me feel so much better and listens.

This pass time, I had a massage with Brandon and facial with Hannah I am so delighted with their professional expertise

Melita was fabulous! After my regular therapist left Hand and Stone, I wasn't sure if I wanted to continue my membership or not. Melita makes me want to continue with Hand and Stone!

Overall experience was great. Massage therapist listened. Throughout session, therapist asked questions.
