I wasn’t dissatisfied I was Highly Satisfied. I won’t come back in 90 days because I live 40 miles from you and it was a gift from my Husband

I enjoy the facilities and the location of H&S in Winston. The staff and the technicians seem to be happy to work there although there has been some turnover there. I don't get massages here though.

I had an error when booking online. I called & the receptionist fixed it in mins. Staff is always friendly & area clean upon arrival. I barely had any wait after check in. My therapist was amazing ~ gentle relaxing massage overall but went deeper in my problem (tense) areas. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed !

Very satisfied with massage. I was able to relax as usual. Overall, well worth the cost.

Anna was absolutely wonderful. Listened about areas to focus on and addressed each area. She is worth waiting for to book another appointment

I enjoyed my facial very much. The esthetician accessed and skin and told me what I needed. Also while masked up, she gave me the option of having my shoulders massaged or my hands. I have done the hands massage the last 2 times and it is very relaxing, who knew? Very much needed for the moisture as well.
