John was an amazing therapist. The ladies out front were very friendly and welcoming. And every room was clean and calm/relaxing.

The therapist was very knowledgeable and gave a great massage. She focused on the areas that I was having problems. I hope to have her again in the future

The appointment made was scheduled for 2 people at the same time Same room. That didn’t happen. My daughter and myself were in two separate rooms at different times!! That’s not how the appointment was scheduled. We spoke to the manager she never offered to rectify the situation nor did she even offer a discount maybe for the next visit. The excuse she made was they’ve been having problems with customer service taking the appointments. That’s clearly not my problem nor is it a valid excuse. I will not be returning or recommending your spa to anyone else. The massage therapist was great but the overall experience was not!!

Spencer at the Hand & Stone in Winston-Salem, NC was a phenomenal therapist. That night, I was able to sleep without back pain for the first time in a year or more.

Gil is always wonderful! He is the only massage therapist I’ve seen more than once just simply because he listens and I always leave feeling better than I did when I came in.
