Professional Knowledgeble Great massage and environment

The massage was very relaxing and it eased a lot of the pain that I had in my back and neck. The massage therapist was very respectful of my space and level of interaction.

Receptionist gave us neck heat - it was the first time ever and she was actually friendly- not always the case there.

I love coming to this Hand and Stone Spa. Every therapist and esthetician have been amazing. I have to cancel my monthly membership which I deeply hate. Everyone been amazing but cost has become an issue.

The receptionist was welcoming and it was impressive that she actually came from behind the desk/counter to welcome and provide information/check-in to all guests entering your establishment. The esthetician was AWESOME and a personal favorite…warm, extremely knowledgeable, explained each process, very attuned to meeting my comfort level, and able to recommend excellent products…even a new one I love. I did not feel rushed or “like a number”, which is why I will be returning and have already booked my next appointment!
