This is the 2nd time I have had a massage with Donita. She is absolutely awesome and if I could I would give her a 10 score. She is an excellent massage therapist and is very sweet and kind. Love her energy.

I had booked a 10:30 appointment for massage. I arrived early, a little before 10:30 and checked in fine. No issues. Except I waited, and waited and waited and other customers were being helped but I was still in the lobby. Finally, I had to ask the receptionist at 10:55 if there was a problem as my appointment was at 10:30 and nobody had taken me back for my massage nor did anyone tell me or apologize about any delay. The receptionist had forgotten about me and asked me when my appointment was and then she said "oh she must be running behind". Finally about 10 minutes later my therapist took me back for my massage after I waited over 30 minutes. Completely unacceptable. Also, the receptionist told other patrons about the new call button on the side of the beds if they needed assistance but I was never told about this as well.

The staff was courteous, made me feel welcome. They spoke respectfully to me and made sure I was alright during the massage

LaTarsa was an amazing massage therapist. Leah took care of all our needs and future appts at the front desk. Her personality and attitude is of great value to your business.

It was an environment that made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The receptionist did make me feel welcome and made it seem like I was important to them. My therapist was great, and she communicated to me about what she was doing with the pressure while massaging me.
