Jessica was awesome, I was called promptly at 4:00, appt time and finished an hour later. She was so friendly and made me feel at ease. My daughter was scheduled same time with Cindy. Called from lobby 12 min late and returned to lobby after 35 min. Very dissatisfied and will not use Cindy again. Jessica however was awesome. Older, receptionist black hair, dark skin was also not very friendly. Asked for change for a $20 to leave gratuity. Was told abruptly, they do not give change. Jessica was awesome but without her, I would not return to this location for a second visit
