Theydo a great job ,if you can get someone on the phone, and they don't return your call

Adam gave me a great massage...found my knots and worked them out. I felt I had to wait longer than necessary to start the massage once I was in the treatment room.

Pleasant experience. Personnel very friendly and took care of us.

My therapist was very through and and addressed my areas of concern.

Jessica is an awesome therapist - friendly and expert at getting my tense muscles to relax. I will only go to her for massages.

The front-end staff was notably better than in previous visits. I haven't been in in some months and the overall experience was greatly improved. Friendly and approachable while at the same time professional and competent. The esthetician was excellent as well.

Everyone is always pleasant and makes you feel as if you are the only person they will have that day

I feel like Hand and Stone is fair enough for the price. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I like the membership and I like the services I'm offered and provided. I'd love it if y'all also offered dermaplaning because I occasionally go elsewhere for that service but I'd prefer to have that done at Hand and Stone.

Very easy to book. Plenty of staff in the waiting area. Therapist always ready to go when I arrive.

The front desk lady was super wonderful and I loved her!!! My therapist is cerise and I followed her from another location. She is the best!!!
