John was excellent!!! I've been a member for over a year and this was the best massage I have ever received at the Winston-Salem location. Usually, I don't make my next appointment prior to leaving however this time it was different when asked I quickly said yes.

My therapist was very good at listening to my concerns and working on trouble areas. The spa is always very clean and staff friendly.

Everyone is always polite and respectful. I appreciate that the reception area and massage rooms are not highly scented. I can usually book an appointment for a time that works for me.

I received a Hand & Stone gift card for Christmas and was finally able to use it in August! I should have come sooner. I had several knots near my shoulder blades and even though massaging them out was a bit painful, they haven't hurt since the next day! I joined the club and will be returning once a month. The front desk was super friendly and knowledgeable and Jessica was a wonderful therapist.
