My skin looked and felt wonderful. There were no high pressure sales but recommendations were made and appreciated. Explanation of the monthly program was explained in detail. Everyone I dealt with was quite knowledgeable.

The overall environment was relaxing. The provider who did my facial was clearly knowledgeable and suggested appropriate add on services. The provider who did my massage was kind and attentive.

Reception was friendly, acknowledged me immediately and only waited a few minutes for my service to begin. bathroom was clean and room where service was completed, very comfortable and relaxing.

Reception area/staff were clean, polite, professional. Massage therapist was b polite, respectful, professional.

When booking the massage, they were very thorough & asking my specific needs. My massage therapist, Marissa, was super sweet, kind, down to earth…she was excellent!! The ladies upfront were very nice to greet you & explained their promotions & helpful.
