Hand and Stone

My appointment was kept on time. My therapist made sure I was well relaxed. He also focused in well on my problem areas.

I have been a member of Hand & Stone for several years and have never experienced the level of difficulty booking an appointment as I have in the last year. I realize that Covid has played a factor and does present limitations with resources. However, I find it unprofessional and detrimental to the daily operation of any business when the initial line of representation - your front desk/appointment desk personnel are not answering phones, limited in the type of appointment that can be booked. Being a businessperson, my experience has always confirmed that a team's attitude/performance is directly related leadership. Something to consider. If I continue to have difficulty booking an appointment, I will cancel my membership.

The cost of membership exceeds some of the services that I select. I end up losing funds. I either have to spend more or lose.

Josh is a really great therapist. He always attends to my needs and really listens. He’s great at finding problem spots and spending the right amount of time where attention is needed. On top of that, he’s got a great personality that keeps me coming back month to month.

Timely. Skin feels and looks great

Tia does a great job applying pressure to my specific needs. Tia knows how to carry on a conversation to keep you relaxed Tia has been my therapist for about 3 years and knows my medical history and needs.

I really love the atmosphere of Hand and Stone. The music is soothing and the lights are soothing. I really enjoyed Marissa. She and I talked and it was very pleasant.

I always book with Adam but he was unexpectedly out that day and I was very surprised at the therapist that I had.SHe was very good at massage.And I would recommend highly recommend Adam or her.

My Massage Therapist was awesome. She really worked the areas I needed as well as areas I didn't know I needed. I can't wait for my next appt. Thanks so much.

Everyone is always so polite and welcoming. It is relaxing as soon as you walk in. I love Mary, my masseuse. I tried a hot stone massage but did not care for it. It was more relaxing than therapeutic for me as I have back and hip issues which I don’t feel like they were worked out with the stones. They felt like a hindrance to the help and relief Mary could provide. I made another appointment in 2 weeks for Mary to work on those issues. It was not the fault of anyone there or that I had a bad experience, it just wasn’t a type of massage I need. Glad I tried so I know. I’m looking forward to my next deep tissue with Mary.
