Tia is excellent as a therapist and person. She is both skillful and professional. Entire staff is welcoming and pleasant.

The massage therapist - Tia - was fabulous!! I couldn't have asked for a better therapist. She used the right pressure, asked if I had any trouble spots that needed more attention, and she kept the visit on track time wise. She was pleasant and a joy to speak with. I would recommend her to anyone needing a thorough, deep tissue massage. The best I have had. She was also the only one who greeted me in the lobby. I confirmed my appointment online, and nobody spoke to me when I walked in. When Tia came and called my name, she was the first who smiled at me or spoke to me.

Everything was clean, the ambiance was very cozy and welcoming and my massage therapist was friendly, and very good. The only thing that was wrong was that the time went by to fast.

Very relaxing atmosphere, the staff were very polite and friendly. My massage therapist addressed my concerns with perfect pressure and little direction from myself.

This was by far the best message I have had since buying my membership. The therapist was great at his job. The facility was very nice and clean.

Great service Friendly staff Short wait time

I have been going to this location for about a year off and on and they're always quick, friendly, and take safety precautions such as having extra masks avavilable when I forget mine and hand sanitizer available in several areas. Yesterday I had a new massage therapist, Adam, and he was fantastic!! I have been doing a lot of strenuous activities and my back has been killing me. I went to a chiropractor, we did xrays and he explained to me which muscles where overactivating to compensate for my spine issues. I explained all this to Adam and he not only listened to me, he repeated my requests back to me before we started. I've had dozens of massages and Adam has a unique style that is a blend of deep tissue, Thai, Swedish and his own intuitive twists. He is very into stretching techniques and helped my back problems in one visit!! I already scheduled another session for a few days from now because he truly helped my pain. The location is always clean and the staff is very professional. I highly recommend Hand & Stone; it's been very conveneint since I travel so much. Davina

Ernie is very professional and knowledgeable. He is always on time and his room is clean. He knows just how to take care of me.
