Tia was great as always! I just can’t help but notice the outdated music being played. There are so many more options out there now with Spotify and other streaming services.The music was just odd and not very relaxing. I would expect some more up to date options and sounds coming from such a renowned spa.

My therapist Cory was very nice and welcoming his energy was very relaxing. I was very impressed how it seemed like he instantly found where my aches were and spent the adequate time and pressure to relieve them yet was still able to focus on everything else. I was also very appreciative how the receptionists were not pushy about the membership right after my massage ( the reason I stopped going elsewhere) the thoroughly explained the membership and informed me of the benefits from it. Danica is the best therapist I have experienced at H&S. She is very knowledgeable and knows how to work the kinks out. Wish there were more of her as she can be hard to book.
