Anna is the absolute BEST!!!!!! She is what keeps me coming to hand and stone! Also manager Jessie was very Informative and knowledgeable while booking my appointment. In the past couple of years I’ve noticed a fall in staffing knowledge and appointment booking process. Seems like the staff and management are much better or were replaced. Keep that up! My booking was a breeze!
