Overall, my experiences with Hand and Stone has been great. I feel welcomed from beginning to end. Most of time the massage therapist does a great job and I feel relaxed and refresh afterwards

My visit to H&SM was a very relaxing experience. I have already recommended to my friends that they try it soon. One suggestion is to have someone actually answer the phone so that clients do not have to leave messages to schedule appointments or call back multiple times. Also, I tried to schedule online, but the website is not user friendly since I tried more than one time and was not successful.

The receptionist did a great job of helping me book the appointment, I was greeted warmly and everyone I had contact with was very helpful. The massage was great.

I really enjoyed the manager I received! The staff was friendly. The waiting area and massage room was comfortable and relaxing. I felt welcomed and not just like another person who came in for a service.

Gil was an excellent massage therapist. He did exactly what I was expecting and left me feeling at ease and feeling great.

I love my esthetician greatly, she knows my skin so well and always knows exactly what I need. She is also so friendly and it’s like seeing an old friend every appointment I have with her.
