The receptionist was very friendly and informative. Marissa was beyond excellent! The facility was very clean and inviting.

The individual experience was great. I do have a problems with membership over the last year and a half. We were unable to use services due to pandemic but continued to pay. I canceled our membership due to my husband’s Alzheimer’s. I was told I could continue to use our packages. However, they were canceled. I disagree with this, these were sessions already paid. This makes me not want to continue doing business with H & S.

Hand and Stone massages are very good. Every massage therapist has been good. I have been coming for years.

This was the best massage I had in months. The masseuse was inclined to listen and determined to help assist the areas of concern. She was insightful and made me want to return. Many Thanks

I had two appointments, one for a massage and the other for a facial. The facial was 20 minutes late and I was not told. The therapist apologized and spent the amount of time I was allowed. I just feel the receptionist should have shared with me that she was running behind. That way both of felt comfortable about waiting. They were both awesome!!

Morgan is fabulous! She is friendly, professional & genuinely a sweet person! I request her for every facial. My skin looks & feels awesome! She does a fantastic job & truly enjoys her job! Since I also paid for a facial my daughter, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with Samari, she was RUDE & extremely unprofessional to my daughter! She clearly was having a bad day! She should consider a different job! Both my daughter & I have been clients @ H & S for close to 10 years & have never experienced someone like Simari!!!
