The massage therapist, Annette, and the esthetician who did my facial, Joanna, were both very good. Knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. I'd definitely return to both of them in the future. The receptionist who checked me in and took my temperature was very nice, friendly and professional. The receptionist at the end of my visit, however, when I was looking for moisturizer to purchase, was rude, unfriendly and snarky. She made me feel like I was bothering her for asking for the moisturizer, and about leaving a tip in an envelope. The sign regarding tip policy was covered by a Christmas decoration, therefore I didn't see it.

I left feeling very relaxed and my aches were diminished.

The professionalism and answer the phone take an appointment quickly cleanest courtesy and was satisfied with everything with us long to set up

In my opinion my therapist is the best in listening to my needs. She is very nice. Her has gold hands are doing magic. I had a few therapists during many years of my membership. The receptionists are very friendly.
