I was taken quickly for my appointment and my massage therapist made me feel wonderful.

I’ve been going to Hand And Stone for quite a while. The only thing that I was a little upset about was the increase in my price. I went From 49.99 to 69.99. I was told with a letter that it was only going to go up to $59.99 and I was told at the Spa that they don’t have a $69.99 package otherwise, I enjoy my services there and my massage therapist Susan

Johana was patience and explained everything in detail. She asked specific questions about my routine etc. wasn't pushy with upselling products

Yvette is the best. She is always asks me about any special needs and can easily recommend a product or service that would help. Her massages are the absolute best. She is always on time, her room is clean and I feel like a new person afterwards. She’s the best!

Erika knows just what my skin needs. She is wonderful and my skin is always glowing after my visit!

I really liked Cindy as an aesthetician. She knew her products and was able to share important information. My skin felt wonderful afterwards and I will definitely come back to be treated by her specifically!

Erica is WONDERFUL! The receptionist wasn't particularly friendly or professional. While I was in the waiting room, she listened to voicemail on speakerphone which seemed ridiculous to me. People in the waiting room don't want to hear the voicemails that people leave for you.

Of all the estaticians I’ve worked w, I enjoy Dominica’s care most. I feel it’s very personalized and informative care. I’ve seen a dramatic difference in my skin while working w her.
