It had been so long since I last had a massage, expressing this to my masseuse he took this into careful consideration. Applying the correct amount of pressure, asking if i was enjoying the experience and working out the knots was amazing.

Shakira was able to find my pain focus points and work on them. She explained what she was doing and why. She even provided suggestions on how i can improve. While i expected the experience to be more silent, i appreciated her ongoing feedback.

I have various trouble spots and my therapist is very good at spending time on those and still trying to finish a full body massage.
