Place is very clean, relaxing. What a mini spa should be. Staff are friendly and remembered me even after a year of me not coming there. Therapist immediately identified problems with posture and poor habits (sitting at the edge of my chair) even though she had never seen me in my normal life. Already booked my next appointment. Have referred people here and will continue to do so.

Charmaine was informative, professional and gave me some advice to help with future aches and pains.

She was personable and made me feel very comfortable!

My therapist made sure to ask about my massage needs and areas that needed attention. She (Maryanne) was in tune to my needs and used the correct pressure for me. in addition, she made me feel comfortable during my time at Hand and Stone.
