I feel very comfortable with the facility and the employees.

The massage therapist was very sociable which helped me to relax. She was very professional and attended to the specific areas of concern. I will be recommending her to family and friends.

My massage therapist, Virgilios, was extremely welcoming. He walked me through the massage process and checked in with me during the massage to make sure everything was good regarding pressure, temperature. He also walked me through some breathing exercises to help me relax. His massage technique was also very good - it was almost as if he created a continuous flow of the massage.

The front desk is always so inviting. I love being greeted by friendly smiling faces upon arriving at hand and stone! Their customer service is exceptional and always accommodating, they are one of the many reasons why I continue being a member at hand and stone in Clark!
