Just what I need to relax

The ambiance of the reception area and service room is so serene & relaxing. All areas were immaculately clean, including the restroom. The receptionist & my service provider were friendly & professional.

I have been a member of Hand & Stone since this location opened. I almost exclusive use one particular therapist over all those years. She is incredible and my main reason for maintaining my membership. However, it is getting more difficult to make appointments as there are far fewer therapists than 4 or 5 years ago even not counting COVID. I would love to come twice a month but appointments must be made up to two or even three months in advance even to get one a month. Lives are not always that predictable and on occasion, I’ve had to cancel because of family or other situations. But when trying to reschedule even a month in advance, there are no appointments available. So frustrating!

First time I had a massage w margorie I was very dissatisfied and hadn’t come back for that treatment since. This time Daniel was excellent and would return for service w him specifically. If possible can you post names and faces somewhere. Sometimes you like someone but can’t always remember their name and face.

Overall very satisfying experience. I was really able to relax and ease a lot of tension. Very friendly staff.
