The waiting area needs to be revamped. This doesn’t feel like a spa. If Erica hadn’t come back, I would have considered canceling. There are other spas in the area with smaller spaces that offer more for their clients in addition to the services we are paying for.

The receptionist welcomed me by my name, which was nice. Check in was quick and easy. I only waited two minutes in the lobby. The massage therapist is overall good. Everywhere is clean.

I had an excellent facial and was very happy with results. My skin felt and looked fresh and renewed. Angela was excellent and very knowledgeable and clearly an expert in this area. I really enjoyed the facial.

It all comes down to the aesthetician and their knowledge of providing the best care for your skin.

My esthetician, Erica, is a professional, I trust my skin to her skillful hands. I come in looking my age 72. I leave looking 65. I will keep hoping to look 60 maybe 55.

Staff is very welcoming. Cecilia takes the time to address any special needs for my skin and makes suggestions on the type of treatment I should receive. My skin is always glowing afterwords.

The massage to my neck area addressed the discomfort I was feeling. The therapist knew what to do in order to make the session fruitful.
