Annette the massage therapist was wonderful. The whole vibe of the room was relaxing. I left feeling very refreshed and relaxed.

Staff was very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. My facial was so relaxing and Lisa was amazing and personable. I felt like she really cared to help me achieve my skin goals.

The 2 primary reasons for my satisfaction ratings: my long-time esthetician / facialist - she always does a good job and is very communicative spa location - convenient and well staffed (friendly, professional, efficient, etc.)

Susan is a great massage therapist. See asks questions and then concentrates on those areas that need to be worked on. It took 4 different therapists to finally get her by the luck of the draw and I have never been so pleased!

I enjoy your services. I do feel your front staff needs to be trained a little better when it comes to common courtesy and manager should be reachable when needed and return calls to clients if needed but the Clark establishment is one of the best in the area so far that I’ve visited
