Hand and Stone

I love my therapist. She is excellent. I’ve been coming to this Hand & Stone since it opened and using the same therapist since that time. I just wish there were more therapists as my husband found it very difficult to make an appointment and have it kept. His therapists cancelled so often on him that he dropped his membership. I’ve never had that problem. But he did and left dissatisfied. We really loved coming together but after COVID, therapists he made appointments with cancelled and there were no alternatives or backups. This has been a major disappointment.

I randomly had Alex for a massage last month and I had to go back. He is so professional and I have been completely relaxed after my service.

I loved my time spent there for my facial. The room is so relaxing, the bed nice and warm and the music was so soothing. I had such a relaxing one hour. Carol, was both professional and funny. Loved it!

I feel comfortable with my therapist and I feel she tries to accommodate me and whatever issues I may have. The receptionist is very friendly .an overall pleasant experience.

The esthetician is knowledgeable and makes adjustments to facial as needed based on skin evaluation at time of treatment.

Reception area was clean and receptionist was helpful. Massage therapist provided a great massage that was relaxing. Scalp massage was wonderful and free aroma for my birthday was an added bonus.
