My therapist Virgilio though has limited availability always makes me feel welcome and cared for, takes the time to focus on my problem areas and well being, ensuring a great experience

The therapist was awesome. She was very professional and showed knowledge. I was stressed and ached, but after the message I felt so much better. It was also my first time doing massage with stones, it was a relaxing experience. Overall the customer service and massage were great!

I am never disappointed with my therapist, Susan. Her skill and professionalism is outstanding and I totally trust her to consider my needs and provide the best advice and to do the best therapy to make me feel well taken care of. My only complaint is with booking my appointment online. I finally got to book with Susan not just any therapist which was great. However, the only time susan seemed to be available was at 9:15 on any given day. As that time is not convenient, I just didn't book one. After a few other tries, I looked months ahead only to find that one time slot available. I booked but only due to my frustration and need for a massage. When I spoke to Susan about, she was unaware of this situation nd was surprised as the it was not accurate (true), she had other slots wide open! This time I booked in person. No more frustration.

The therapist is very skilled. She applied the right amount of pressure and advised me to let her know if i wanted it more or less.

The esthetician was very friendly and knowledgeable. The facial was relaxing and thorough. I appreciated the products and instructions she gave me for what I purchased. I am looking forward to my next facial!
